Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions:
No exchanges or refunds will be provided for orders reported as lost or damaged in transit, or if the items are determined to have been handed over to a freight forwarder.
